From a small bungalow in Sonoma to a high rise in San Francisco, we deliver our clients with precise, affordable and rapid as-built documentation. We are a team with over 20 years of experience working in the as-built industry, and have succeeded in building a reputation for providing accurate detailed work, while maintaining a customer first attitude.

The History that Shaped Us
In 2003, Joel Kirk began working as an independent contractor, producing as-built drawings. He was soon working side by side with Cielo Giorgio, as they utilized the huge increase in productivity and accuracy that a two person team provides. As the company grew so did their family and moving across the bridge to Marin allowed them the space to expand the business and their family. Now a team of 12, with the same passion and desire for keeping abreast of technological advancements in the industry of measured drawings, Fog City moves forward.
